I do not understand how EA cannot get this right. If you think something is going to take 3 hours, say it is going to take 4 hours and (a) it’s done in 3 hours and everybody thinks you’re great for getting it done early or (b) it takes 4 hours and nobody is the wiser.

In fact, I refuse to believe they do not know this, so I can only assume that they think it’s going to take 2 hours, they say 3, and it somehow takes 4.

Yeah - very disappointing that it's prime time for me, & thought I could at least get a few games in. Yep, the addiction is real.

Agree it completely and entirely baffles me how this is a tech company and they don't get the principle of software updates, communication to clients, etc.
