According to an EA chat consultant, it is perfectly normal to get untradable players in tradable packs. This was her justification for why I received an untradable PTG Firmino during the PTG promotion instead of the tradable version, for which I submitted a squad with an IF and an 84 rating instead of an 82 rating an no IF. Why are EA chat members blatantly lying to their customers?
