Can Prime Gullit play CDM? Or are there better cheaper options?
I need to sort out my CDM position out.
I am trying to find out who is the best in a 4-1-2-1-2 wide.

Would also recommend Petit or Vieira for that CDM spot. Gullit has the stats to play anyone but you will need a proper CDM tank for that position.
I have 5 baby icons I am happy to let go of (Kjuivert, ADP, Henry, Puyol and Van Der Sar) my plan is to replace okocha with 98 Pele.

I’m happy to do that but that’s me spending another 2 million on a position I already have covered I need a new cdm and a new back for and my budget i think is 3 mill
Well, looking at your bench, do this:
Swap position David Luiz and Bailly. Swap Bailly for Brazilian cb/Icon defender (or use 2 icon cb). Futmas Fabinho for Fernandinho, PTG Willian for Salah, and use whatever coins u have left to buy Gullit for Okocha
Vieira instead

Not worth the extra coins over Blanc imo, but if you have the budget Vieira is a touch better, just not 700k better for the 88 or 1.7m better for the prime.

I would, the difference is minimal and he is worse in the stats that matter in fifa like pace and agility
Agreed, Vieira 88 is not worth the money over blanc if you need the coins elsewhere.
See now this is the thinking I’m looking for.
Do you know any others that have a little more agility than des because I’m looking for someone on the level with Pogba.
