Building towards my final "big" team: Option A, B or C?

Which one would you pick? Some notes: I really disliked Terry and Neuer, which is why I have avoided them. Where possible the spare BBVA players will be blue (Carvajal, Suarez, James).

Yeah. I used UP Boateng - SIF Hummels for a long time and it was probably the best CB pairing I have used this season. C is also very good but B is more balanced with a M/H CDM
Situation changed a bit perhaps now that we have no TOTS Carvajal, but we do have Dani Alves
I think it will be this one. Pretty much option B, but with Dani Alves instead of Carvajal. If he is too attacking I can still switch back to IF Carvajal later. And if Hummels doesn't bring it I might go to Benatia and give Neuer another go, but he has never convinced me in the past, nor is he convincing when I face him.
There was an option D, but I removed that one because I overlooked the chem for Hazard in that one.
