Who should I put as lm, and should I put oxlade as a sub and put alessandrini at rm, he will be on 10 with me putting petit next to him.

I also have Giovinco SBC, MVP Valeri, SIF Pjanic. Don't know if I could hybrid it. Any opinions ?
