Who is front runner for POTM?
Salah, Aguero,Lukaku,Kane?
Personally don't want to see Salah/aguero again but I guess they are favourites.

It will depend on how Aguero does tomorrow. The Arsenal match will count even though it is in March because of the reschedule for the Cup final.

    Anyone have stats of aguero?
Due to too many cup matches I am quite confused.

    Kane?
    3 matches 3 goals
2 were in 1-0 wins, so matchwinners
and the 3rd was the last minute equaliser against liverpool.

So basically he got 7 points for the spurs.

Aguero is on 4 goals from 2 matches. The others have played 3. The match against Arsenal was actually sheduled for February but got shifted due to Cup games. So it may be considered for February POTM.

If it is Salah hopefully you need an update Salah in form in the sbc. Can upgrade his old potm card then!

So many repeat players with cards already, I have a feeling they will finally choose a defender or goalkeeper this time. Not sure who.

Hi guys, here is a statistical summary of the 3 likeliest candidates for feb POTM that I put together.

Unfortunately, today's game against city-arsenal will probably count as it was scheduled for last weekend, but moved forward because of the cup final. As it stands now, ranked in order of likeliest winner based on goals, assists, MOTM and ratings/match stats:

    1) Salah - 4g 2a
    - Scored in every match.
    - scored both goals and 1 MOTM in 2-2 draw vs Spurs
    - 1g and 1a in 0-2 away game to Southampton
    - 8+ rating in ALL EPL games

    2) Aguero - 4g 0a
    - 4 goals and 1 MOTM vs Leicester
    - No goals in 1-1 away draw to Burnley (7,03 match rating)
    - 1 more game to play

    3) Kane - 3g 0a
    - Winning goal away to Palace, and home to Arsenal
    - Scored in all 3 games
    - Below 7,5 match rating every game

Conclusion: Both Salah and Kane have scored in all 3 games last month. But Salah has scored 1 more goal, provided 2 more assists, and higher match rating in all 3 matches, which leads to me conclude Salah is the front runner between these two.

Since Aguero failed to score in away draw to Burnley and only a 7 in match rating, Salah seems to be the frontunner as he has provided goals in every match, AND assists in 2 matches. Aguero will need to pull of something special yet again tonight, perhaps at least 3 goal contributions (goals or assists) to surpass Salah statistically and also make up for the Burnley match?

I expect Salah to clinch it, and ANY Salah special card will be required. Using only a St or previous POTM ST card would seriously limit the amount of people who can complete the SBC. Salah has 3 special cards, and since none were required last time out for his POTM, and there is a fairly decent supply out there, I would be fairly confident to assume any special Salah card would be one of the requirements. Hope this helps!

Ps. Bobby firmino not included as he only had 2g 1a last month in EPL.

It’s atupid logic this most goals, it really is time we got a defender or at least not yet another Salah, Kane or Aguero. If not then just rename it most goals/assists of the month.

Think so, but Aguero needs a magic night to have some chance to win POTM, imo.

to be fair, De Gea is a shout for PoM. some outstanding performances. Even after the mistake against Chelsea, he made a superb double save. For me, he should be on the shortlist at least

I don't think "we should give FUT users some variety" is in their minds when deciding POTM
