So, someone hacked my account. they reached the customer service and managed to change the email and the password on my account and stole and transferred all the coins and players from my team which was worth more than 27m coins. I opened a case and was told that I will get helped and get my team back. I was confident that someone will actually help and refund my coins because EA is a huge company that I never had any issues with for more than 8 years. After couple of hours, I received and email saying that my club will be completely deleted because it was actioned in breaking the rules and coin transferring. I figured that caused by the hacker when transferring the coins and the players. the case was still opened and being reviewed. Unfortunately, today, I received an email that my case was closed with the conclusion that my account was actioned in breaking the rules! it's totally frustrating that something like this can happen and instead of punishing the hacker, I get punished. As you can imagine, I spent so much money, time and effort to built a 27M worth team. losing it like this is very frustrating. I am hoping that someone in the community could help or advice me what to do next. '

Look down this webpage and you'll find contact info THAT SHOULD, hopefully help you out, it has with me in the past....BUT.. EA are on a completely different pitch these day's.

I spent some money on every fifa for the past 7 years. every month I buy fifa points, and I never regretted it because fifa is my absolute favorite. I play the game all the time. I don’t how much exactly I spent this year though.

What is concerning is that it’s not clear where you coud get helped.

Ea andy will firward on but give him time. This has happened to others. But you need to call them...use callvack if you must...but do it every day and get yoyr case reopened. They can easily check the login locations and why after 8yrs would you liquidise account if never done b4..
Complain and persist mate.
I am calling them every day. I thought it would be an easy process given that they can see the location and the changed email. Hopefully @EA_Andy could take a look at this situation.
