Pls urgent help. What do you guys think?

So I have not played DKT or weekend League in a long while as I can’t qualify . I am now playing div 2 so decided to just play it for fun today. I got to the semi final and decided to check my custom tactics after going down to 2:0 in game in the first 10mins. I realised the custom settings have all been changed to 100 including speed and aggression. Everything people. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing as it felt strange playing it. Anyway I put it back to my div 2 settings and bang I went 3 goals up in 30 mins. The guy won at extra time 4:3 because my prime Ferdinand and baily fitness turned red in the second half as they ran aimlessly all first half due to high pressure and aggression making them incapable of tracking opponents run in the second half. but my God I have never really felt cheated in my life like this. Pls pls don’t tell me it’s in my head as I have studied this game in and out by now to know when something is wrong. I tried again and same thing happened my custom tactics was edited to something else completely again without me changing anything before game. I first noticed this weeks ago in draft but can’t believe they are actually trying to stop me from winning DKT. well now I am gonna stick to online season for fun as I can’t believe this. Is it something I can seek help for with chat service? It’s just weird as I felt why did my custom tactics changed in game completely different from my usual settings to a completely strange one which is meant to make my players run out of position running like headless chicken.

I don’t change formation in games. I am the type of guy that back out from games when opponent pause at the start as I can’t be bothered to play people who can’t think to put together a team. I have not change my formation or players in 2 weeks. Trust me it’s really strange as I think it was done on purpose to mess me up. I tried playing another DKT from scratch and I realised it happened again. The first time I started suspecting cheating is 5weeks ago when I played draft after the patch. I got bored with the game so sold all my players and started play draft with coins. I didn’t win a single match until I realise just before going into every single game my custome tactics is changed to something completely different to what I did. I will be speaking to help later after work. There must be some sort of explanation for this. I am not saying I a pro but man I am now good at this game to hold my end.
