10 games if I don't see much, 20 if Im on the fence but quite honestly im the type to use the same players for 600 games lol. I don't change often unless someone great comes like SIF guedes, find him far better than carrasco at LM. Guedes just had his 200th game the other night, good times
20 of various types ie online friendlies, online seasons, dko and wl, because all seem to vary in game play slightly differently depending on time of day.
Plus, most players will experience that game where everything seems to not work, passes going astray, shots just not hitting the target etc, but you will also have that game where everything works, and a single through ball will put your forward 5 yards ahead of the defender, and a shot from 25 yards will fly in off the underside of the bar, so it's when the games feels good that I think I get a better understanding of a player.

Also, what level of games do they need to be for you to feel good about them? Seasons? DKO?
i think you get a feel for a player pretty quickly. if they start bad, its hard to come around to liking them
