Opening Elite/T100 packs tonight

Hi guys,

Something is not completely clear for me. If I open my T100 pack tonight, will I be able to pack OTW Mkhi/Bats/Walcott or will I get the normal IF card?

OTW if I'm not mistaken, the regular IF will be in packs from tomorrow 18H pm UK time.
