Playing Pros in WL
i played NRaseck last night gave him a good game up until he went 3-2 up then he ended up smashing me 5-2 , considering hes a pro who went to Barcelona etc i thought it would be a stomping from him as i am a gold 1 player... considering the team he has compared to mine etc, although my team aint anything to sniff at, when hes bringing prime dinho off the bench as a super sub for toty ronny/messi you know its mega
just wondering how many of you have played pros in the WL and how have you coped? expecting to see a few who have beat them?

hardly say its irrelevant tbh if someone is better than you they will win even in bad gameplay...

Also most of their losses come to random Gold players. As I said if fifa doesn't let them they ain't winning. When philsks was 28-2 his 2 losses were against people being 22-10 and 12-11 or something like that.
When I used to play WL, I beat this guy who was on another level compared to me. He sent me so much abuse after the game telling me how noobs like me shouldn’t be allowed in WL etc etc. I probably didn’t deserve to win tbh.
I looked him up and he was a pro. I really can’t remember his name because it was quite a while ago.
yer i only remember this guy because he played in barcelona tbh apart from the obvious ones i wouldnt have a clue either mate !
i get that but they are still getting 37 wins its a stat and its a fact... so the gameplay maybe makes them lose but overall the skill gap takes over ...nobody can argue that or the top 100 would be all different names every weekend
someone who is better than you won't win if the gameplay is terrible..check the players who get 37 and the 3 losses...i bet at least one of the 3 losses is by somebody not on his level..
We are talking game to game basis here tho, because that's the only thing that matters when you play against a pro, the other 39 games don't matter for that.
I played him yesterday. He was much better than me but I had the chance to win the game at the 85th min. I missed it and conceded at the last minute.
The game was already lost before I played it when I saw his team, I took this game as a bonus and a way to improve and learn
Explain how I can beat pros/T100 players, yet lose to someone who is 12-11 the next game. Is there was a “skill gap” it wouldn’t happen.
99% of pros are even saying there isn’t a skill gap.
What team was he using?

So game to game pros only have 2 or 3 bad games out of every 40? The amount that people complain on here about the 'terrible' game play, this simply doesn't stack up surely?

Nobody denies that they are all competent players, but on a game to game basis they can still lose to absolutely everyone.
There’s been a few T100’s I’ve put up a fight against though, TyWalton beat me 1-0 with a 90th min rebound. I missed a lot of chances in that game aswell.
That's surely how it should be, or there would be zero point in playing the game!
