When I do use this layout I use 4222 similar but LM/RM as wide CAM actually do things.
For you I'd use
90 Bergkamp, 86 Kluivert
SBC Overmars, Pogba, 85 Blanc, IF Alessandrini
IF Zeegalar, IF Ake, Bailly, Valencia
De Gea
Should squeeze into your budget. If you can Bale for Drini.
Alternatively - Vidal, Boateng and Alaba over Pogba, Ake and Zeeg. Miss the height but Vidal is quality anyway and more of a box to box. I'd choose based on how your like your midfielders this year.

I play a 4222 ingame, which is ofcourse kinda similar to the 442, with LM/RM at the CAM positions (yeah I switch ingame, sue me).

How do you find the 4222 compared to the 442?
I absolutely love it.
The 442 makes the RM/LM play quite far down, and in the 4222 they are playing as wide CAMs, which makes them so much more effective.
Vidal + Goretzka IF make an extremely solid defensive midfield, and Bergkamp and MvB are amazing ST's. I can certainly advise 4222!

If I didn't have the futmas cards I'd use SIF Gustavo and IF Meunier, both solid cards.
