I had UFC 2 and i enjoyed it, but the beta controls were so bad for striking and the few reviews ive read so far sound like the buttons are horrendous.
Last one was great! Was going to buy this new one until i read online that you have to pay unlock the moves for your fighter. So basically if you dont spend any money, you're left with a fighter with the standard moves whilst everyone that spends money is gonna KO you in round 1. Joke of a set up!

where as you can pay for fight packs but you can also earn them through fighting and daily challenges etc (a bit like FUT)

Apparently they changed it this year, i know that loads of people that played the beta were making a big fuss of the microtransactions, saying without them you basically have no chance of getting anywhere, wether they changed it before the full release or not i dont know.
My brother brought it on Xbox yesterday so im going to see how he gets on with it, he's more of a career mode guy than a Online Ultimate Fighter type though
