Looking to create possession based club [Xbox]

I'm looking for players to join my club in a 3-4-1-2 formation but im only looking for players that can play and accept slow possession based football and get the whole team involved in the build up. Im trying to break the mainstream and play a type of football no other club is capable of playing. It will be hard because half the community only know how to play in a defensive 4-1-2-1-2 narrow formation with the fullbacks acting as 2 extra cb's i want my fullbacks scoring and assisting goals when the opportunity arises.
