I'm reading all these threads and seeing all these YouTube videos with big money on packs. I ask you: is this what you guys really want?
Do you want the same bad pack weight every year?
Do you want to open packs every year for the same players every year?
Won't it get boring?
Do you want EA to just change nothing for our community?
They change nothing and laugh you in the face and you still pay FIFA points?
Why can we not just stand as a whole community and try to force change? I bought FIFA points for years but I'm now finished and asking myself if I really want to repeat this sh*t every year? NO!
The fact that we pay for packs and don't have a guarantee on something is just so crazy. I really recommend you guys to watch pack openings of madden. Atleast they got bundles and get guaranteed TOTY and TOTW players for their money!!!! So EA is showing us that it is possible to offer players something.
Still we got Youtubers who pay way too much on this video game. Your not cool if you spend 1000£ just for one promo. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Matt, F* Bateson for not helping our community. Just spending and spending and then saying "wow this is bad".
Time for change guys. EA will do that as long as they can. Open your eyes.

There is a chance: if Youtubers would make videos to stop spending money. If real footballers would stop supporting this crime. Or if the press would make more articles about FIFA points but all BILD (Germany) did was an article like "interesting experiment: a guy spends 5000€ on FIFA packs". Lol yea it's really interesting...
They want a game with sprinting, where you can spam buttons and score ridiculous unrealistic goals.
The more thought, skill and football knowledge is an advantage rather than a handicap the worse the majority will get, they want a terrible game and EA are happy to provide a terrible game as long as pack sales are up and the majority are happy.
Every time they try to implement some skill into the game (manual defending) the mouth-breathers all start crying and EA get scared and cave in, I don't see this changing.
Love PES also but haven't spent a penny on that this year (other than buying the game) and I enjoy opening their Black balls but you seem to get more chance of a big player on PES for sure.
Going back to the original Ultimate teams , you defo had more chance of pulling a big player in them days. Sad really the greed of EA.
Tbh this forum can make a difference! If it wasn’t for this forum brininging the primes not in packs thread to light I think EA would of totally disregarded it! But due to this forums it got noted and we got packs back
If people are daft enough to spend hundreds/thousands on packs, it means players will be cheaper for the likes of me. So easy to make coin this year, absolutely no need to buy FIFA points.
You emailed your MP asking them to investigate EA?
No one forces people to buy packs so with people spending money and complaining it's hard too have too much sympathy with, but I still have issues with the way EA go about it. It needs to be investigated as I'm sure people are spending money they can't really afford which is a problem. If you spend more than the value of the game on packs YOU should get at least one good player of some sort, I just don't see how that can be argued with.
There's so much I don't buy because I see the product and evaluate whether it's worth the money. If I think it isn't I simply don't buy. Fifa points are not worth the money. I don't see a clock, think that's too expensive and start contacting MPs or starting petitions because others might think that clock is great.
I still have 3 icons, an 87 rated team and it's only January. I trade a bit but not much but there is so many ways to get packs that you don't pay for.
Releasing Squad Battle Rewards, Weekly & Daily Rewards plus a number of other SBC's means more packs being opened from previous years. Its a bummer but at the same time we are getting more packs so aka more chances of packing good players.
You will never stop people spending money on FP's because like all of us here, many have gone through the cycle of spending when first introduced to the game mode, slowly spending less until nothing. The new 10-12 years old start playing the game, start spending money and the cycle continues.
and these companies like EA konami still made money with people buying the game lets juts put that into perspective 1st.. now we come onto EA charging ridiculous amouns i.e 16 quid for an ultimate pack and then packing nothing - lets just say its wrong wrong wrong
Lol £1000 most expensive player is varane
Possibly 1mil coins ,elite 1 sb every week ,every mm, 5, icons sbc, countless other sbc best pull de gea other than that I think was martial was only notable player
They are a ❤️❤️❤️❤️ joke this year
Yea "no need to spend on packs to get 1 million coins". That is not my point. My point is that everybody who spends money on packs at this state of game and this state of pack weight doesn't want to change anything for the future. It's just stupid. They don't even fix simple glitches and don't communicate with us and people out here still reward them with money.
Almost 25% of EA's income comes from the packs sales in FUT, quite amazing really, it will take a lot to convince people to stop buying packs, a massive amount buy them.
Does this qualify as a Freudian slip?
OP: boycott is probably the only effective way to see change in the quality of the product. However, the majority are not with you. The ethics of loot boxes - particularly in the context of the younger audience for this game - is a separate issue that may well require legislative oversight.
