It's clear that the current chemistry system is completely outdated and that's expected when it's been the same since FUT 11. Nowdays everyone want's to play narrow formations and use wingers at st or cam etc.
So the Solution is for EA to grow a pair and admit the PES chemistry style is the way forward and adopt a system similar to it. What is the PES system ? it's simply that players have more than 1 position so a secondary and tertiary position.
So for example hazard would have his positions as LW, ST or CAM because based on Real life he is known to play these positions regularly or Messi could have ST, RW. A cheaper example would someone like Zaha who's positions would be LM/RM or ST. So in any of these positions the players would get the max chem however if you play them out of position you would take a massive chemistry penalty like 2 or 3 chem so Playing someone like Sterling at ST would be a chem penalty because it's not a familiar position for him. Also this apply's to subs as well where they would get like 3 chem if you sub them in a unfamiliar position.
Only problem with this is that it would change sbc's completely and actually make them a lot easier to do which is not what EA wants.
