Do we think SBCs will be similar to last year?

I think it will be quite similar indeed. The Halloween cards also did the same thing as last year for as far as I can remember. Surely there'll be a few changes, but no major ones (I think).

I’d say the usual, just buy 84s and some discard IFs (don’t think these were needed last year.)

They didn’t get that price fixed last year because they are only up for a day

I reckon it'll be a team of futmas players because for some reason EA don't wanna do the same stuff as last year even though it was probs the best promo of fifa 17

I know those are just predictions and are unlikely to be released but a lot of those cards actually look lit. Being a Barcã fan, Deulofeu, Umtiti and Alba would be cards id get with Paulinho being the main focus as if that card was his FuTmas card, itd be upgraded to a Gullit Gang card during Ratings Refresh. Mkhi, Boateng and Valencia cards would be insanely expensive to do with Draxler and Herrera also being interesting.
