I care less about that EA lost the balance between shareholder value and stakeholder value.
I am a gold3 player. I am more likely to lose any WL game than to win it. My internet connection results in that I lose one or two games in WL that I might have won. I dont mind these.
Everything above is fine, by my standards acceptable.
But I do not accept EA giving me a loss simply because they cannot figure out who initiated the disconnect. I would probably lost that game. No worries. But I do not accept EA treats me as a potential cheater and gives me a loss
