Why would anyone lie though? Lifts are based on someones own experience (unless they have poor form and so it's exeggarated then), just like the body fat percentage estimate. I thought I was 10% since I have been 12% following a scale and I was less defined as I am now. It's just a guess and unfortunately all the scales for body fat just vary so much that it's hard to compare.
Lets be real. We all lied about potential pbs, bodyfat, etc atleast once.
LMAOOO thought I bought a protein powder. I was like wtdf smells it like a pre work out. So after I week. I'm like this cant be right. Smell is too weird.

Oof, that's a real pity. What made you think it was protein powder? A friend of mine asked advice as well wether to buy mass gainer, but just eating real calories is obviously the way to go.
I just buy some at the action. And was in a rush, so picked one in the isle. But mass gainer and protein powder where all bunched together

8 weeks ago I finally had my meniscus surgery and have been training my legs for 3 weeks already. I also got back to football training last week and had another football session yesterday, which both felt great. Having a driving factor to train in the gym, going on a run for, is just so motivating and makes me want to perform in the gym even more.
No man sorry. All I can say is do a lot of mobility exercises. Kettlebell swings. Jumping on boxes. Do u guys have that thingy which u have to plate up and push a few yards forward?
And obviously go for reps, not strength.

Yeap endorfines are great. Even tho I dont get them from running. Every time Im done running I regret it. I rather bike on my fixie or do the stairmaster

I’m currently 222 lbs this morning still sub sitting 10-12 BF.

100kg on 10% bf are you taller than 2m or a Pro Bodybuilder? Example for around 100kg on 10% is Simeon Panda. If so thats amazing
Panda is 6 foot 1 close to 240 lbs and 6-8 percent BF.
Like I said I’m 220 10-12. I am 5’10.5 - 5 foot 11.
I’ve been 260 at 15 percent BF
And pro bodybuilders
Flex wheeler
Kevin Levrone
Etc are all 230-255 5 foot 10
4-5 percent Bf
Which means they are 260-300 at 10-12 percent BF.
I had my last BF measured at 215 lbs 10.3 percent
Yes I know the scales can be off but I know what to look for.
This is 6-8 percent BF

People at a serious competition are not 6-8 percent...so not sure what your point is.
Also, you heard of water? Water weight can make people look higher BF than they are. But really I can’t be asked to argue on a fifa forum with some 170 lb dudes who have no idea about competitive bodybuilding.

You would know if you showed up to comp at 8 percent you are getting smoked

I’m still maintaining 2800-3500 calories depending on the day. Feeling pretty good.
