Dude, it's the best. Made the most gains with it too beginning of the year before travelling. Do you use Mike Israetel one?

It stands for Rate of Perceived Excertion, wich basicly is an indicator of how hard a set felt.

It’s a tool to auto-regulare your trainings. So if you lacked sleep or whatever, your training will be “lighter”, but because you feel bad it’s still a good-enough training, if you know what I mean

Wow, that sounds sick. Will check that out as well.

Going to do a 5/3/1 program starting this monday to achieve more well rounded gains. Strength, hypertrophy and stamina as well.

    I did 5/3/1 for 2 years. It’s great if you’re a beginner, but I can’t recommend RPE enough

Is it that much of a beginner program? I have almost 3 years of experience, so wouldn't call myself a beginner. However, I've have not been able to gym consistently over the last 5 months due to travelling, so I could be good to come back to where I was.

Do you have some kind of article and/or tool for RPE as well?

    Just google RPE.

And kinda depends on how you see a Beginner of Intermidiate. I don’t think how many years you’ve trained determine what level you are at.

It’s more about how much you know, and how strong you are (in powerlifting)

Cool, I'll just Google it then.

Fitness and health/nutrition is my main interest and just can't stop learning more about it. I don't know about you guys, but when I don't go to the gym for 3/4 days I just feel off. It's just so addictive and feels too good.

Not close to your numbers, but I reached the intermediate level I reckon and the periodization was intermediate as well.

Used to focus on powerlifting before the ending of last year, but my focus is now on an athletic mix: both strength and hypertrophy alongside good stamina. And I figured 5/3/1 is the perfect balance for that.

I think the Krypteia program has all of that. I have the 5/3/1 forever book with a ton of programs in it. Want me to send it to you?
