Slinghost bench. Just looked it up. No doubt you'll benefit from it, but I prefer not to look like an absolute donkey

Currently using Ben ****’s Offseason Program. Like it a lot.

It has me benching 3 times a week, once with a Slingshot. Squat 2 times a week, and deadlift once.

It’s free on Youtube for anybody who is interested.

Benching 3 times a week sounds tough. My shoulders get rekt if bench more than 1-2 times a week.

How much extra weight can you put on with a slingshot?

Have used it. Enjoyed using it and great for negatives and having the feeling of weights just above your PR to get used to having it unracked

Well, I did 140 for 5 reps with the Slingshot on, so I’d say about 15-20%.

Guess that’s what the Slingshot is for

This seems like my type of thread!

What’s everyone’s body stats here? I’ll post mine below to start.

    5’9” (175cm)
    77KG (170lbs)
    13% body fat.

@Robinflex I may be interested in that video as I’m slowly increasing my squat weight and it’d be interesting to see your form. I don’t think I’ll ever hit 200kg though as my maximum is currently 170KG and I don’t think my frame could take much more!

Weight depends a lot on water weight but around 97-100 kg

Not sure about body fat but it’s higher than I’d like to be, but I’ve just been focusing on getting bigger and stronger for a long time now.

Been at it for many years now it adds up. Starting to really slow down now though. It’s a massive grind on bench after you hit 140 from my experience.
