Are Icons a good way to tell when the market is starting to fall?

Hi gang,

I'm currently sat at 1mil wanting to buy anyone, but I know that around the corner is the next crash, be it big or small, due to Black Friday.

I was looking at the NIF golds big ones such as Messi, Greasy Griez, Boateng Nian etc and these prices seem to be holding, however looking at the Icons they seem to be slowiy going down.

I've been reviewing Futbin and 87 Henry has steadily declind in the last week and some others (Big crew is holding steady).

So, what are the best indicators for an incoming crash? I know it's not an exact science, but any help would be appreciative.

Don't tell me i have to wait for muppets like Bateson or Nep to start the crash

Crash wont hit as hard this year due to people needing teams all week round plus with prime icons in sbcs perm its very hard for players to actually drop... potentially you will see mid to high tier players go down but honestly i think elite players and icons will hardly budge

So really, that 87 Henry at 970k I might as well buy now (well Monday/Tuesday)?

Icons will hold their value.. packs have been abysmal and drop rate of icons is really low

Id say its definitely a good long term investment definitely if at some point he is actually required for his prime version because at some point with the expensive primes they will probably require specific icons not just any

Everything will start falling over the next two weeks gradually...there’ll be ups and downs due to weekly influences but overall they’ll decline.

Cheers. Think for the sake of my enjoyment, I will buy him on Monday and hopefully he's so goat (is that what the kids say nowadays ) I will keep him and don't care about his price.

I feel like icons such as Crespo, Kluivert, Shev will drop
considering how low the quantity of cards pulled of players like R9 and Ronaldinho are I can't see them dropping too much

I'm just a bit worried by the icons so far and sbc's (I know there have only been 2 releases) the last thing I want is to achieve my goal of goat Henry only to find he's released too late to feel his effectiveness because 5 IF mertens is a better player
