Is 86 Seaman worth 350k+

So I currently have Cech on goal, who for me has been really solid, though I really want a legend (has to be one in my lifetime -1991 lol) is Seaman an upgrade on Cech in terms of gameplay or will it be a waste of coins and should I save up for another icon?
