Only giving me the option to Terminate loan!!?!!

In my Atalanta Career Mode, it’s only allowing me to terminate loans in the sqaud hub, it isn’t giving me the options to offer players contracts, release them, put them up for transfer or anything else. Does anyone know how to fix this or is this another broken thing which EA has to handle with a bunch of other problems in their game(career mode).
