Use any other position and make sure the rest of the positions don't require any position changes and you should get full chem.

Also it requires only 90 chem instead of the usual 95.

Just did it and pulled IF Kimmich, Depay, Wendell, couple pos changes worth 2k piece and couple squad fitness cards.
