Issues buying things: anyone know a fix?

Basically that happens every time I buy something on the market and it's doing my ❤️❤️❤️❤️ head in. Also keep getting kicked from web app/companion app when I buy things as well.

Na I've barely bought anything. Dunno what even caused it to happen in the first place as well.

If you leave FUT and go back in you should have the item.

We're looking into it because it's of course not meant to work this way.

While you're here Andy, any ideas why my market is still locked on the web app? Got the full game and played over 10 games?

I get this when I win open bids. It says I've won the item and the card turns green with a tick. But when I go into my transfer targets I haven't won it and people are still bidding on it.

Any idea how long market bans last? I wasn't even spamming searches, just looking for deals on icons.

I know I get the item but I have to do it every time I buy something which is a bit annoying. Cheers for looking into it.

Any updates on this @EA_Andy because I can't even complete these daily/weekly objectives when it says buy 15 items via buy it now because it doesn't get registered as being bought that way because of this issue.
