It says to keep playing fut 18 on xbone to unlock transfer market... Well, I have, even sold some players and bought some on xbx. When does it unlock?

"Keep playing" literally what EA repeated to me several times. There's several factors that contribute to it. My access was randomly unlocked within 24 hours of me using my Access time up coincidentally.
