Can we buy FifaPoints during ps4 early release(26th)?

Or do we have to preload points on fifa 17? Are the x box user able to add points for their 10 hour trial?
My issue is im gna spend 300 dollars early release. I dont want to load up fifa 17 in case theres no one time teansfer or it glitches out. 300 is a lot to risk on preloading(fifa17). Will the store be open for ps4 early release on the 26th?
