I have Never did this before but im thinking to change my psn account to Us. If i do this i get the game earlier, right?
But do i have to buy a Us psn Card to preorder
Fifa then?

Isn't it out on the same date everywhere this year? 26th special editions and 29th standard. I could be wrong but if that's the case you'll get it later. (but only by hours)
