As always, simply post your team in here. No discussion, just formations. sharemytactics.com or whatever site your normally use. Might be a good idea to quickly go over your chemistry links as well and show everyone has 9 chem.

Seeing as there's only 7 teams, excluding your own, we will do 1-7 for each category. We are voting in pairs by the way. Might be a good idea to send a PM to your tag team partner with your 1-7 for each category, and compare it with their 1-7. Then compromise from there.

    Myself and @Lisbon67 Team

    LisbonSC1967-formation-tactics.png

    GK & Defence
In Sepp Maier you have Germany's greatest ever goalkeeper. Cafu, perhaps the best right back to have played the game who is not only an incredible attacking force, but a top defender. Nesta is quite possibly the best centre half of the 21st century. His partner, Beckenbauer, is the finest defender of all time and would form a formidable partnership with his Italian pal. Finally, Andreas Brehme, is an excellent attacking full back capable of some of the best crosses you'll see...and he is both an expert free kick and penalty taker.

    Midfield
Frank Rijkaard....an exceptional defensive midfielder who will provide protection to an already incredible defence. Clarence Seedorf is an extremely technically gifted midfielder who can not only create chances, but help out with the dirty work as well. And the main man....Lothar Matthaus. The best midfielder of all time. Box to box midfielder personified.

    Attack

Now, the business end of the pitch.
Rivaldo is quite an unlucky player. His ridiculous talent deserved to be showcased in more successful teams. He really had everything you could hope for in an attacking player. Andriy Shevchenko is AC Milan's greatest modern day strikers, and really one of the greatest modern day strikers in general. An outstanding goalscorer. Then, we have Gerd Muller. 68 goals in 62 games for West Germany. 564 goals in 605 games for Bayern Munich.

    Honours

    Between the XI....

    21 European Cups/Champions Leagues
    7 World Cups
    4 Ballon d'Ors

In short. The best defender ever. The best midfielder ever. Perhaps the best poacher ever at the highest level. And a whole load of world class players around them. An astounding team.

    Goalkeeper
    kygCKUP.jpg
    Iker Casillas:

"Honestly, I don't have to use up many words to say how good he is, the results are there for all to see. He has won everything there is to win and has been on the same great level for so many years now, which is possibly hardest of all for a goalkeeper. Spain almost never concede goals and Casillas is the main reason for that."

    - Juventus and Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon on Casillas prior to the UEFA Euro 2012 Final

    Defenders
    wi6J4lI.jpg
    Bixente Lizarazu:

In a twelve-year international career from 1992 to 2004, Lizarazu played in three European championships and two World Cups for France, winning the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000.

He has won six Bundesliga championships with Bayern Munich, as well as five times the DFB-Pokal, the UEFA Champions League and the Intercontinental Cup.

    fEfyTqN.jpg
    Fabio Cannavaro:

"Talking about Fabio's height is the same as talking about the fog in Milan.I have never felt that he is short when I play with him, because he can jump higher than anybody else. He is always good at heading. It doesn't make any sense talking about Cannavaro like that."

    - Alessandro Nesta on Fabio Cannavaro's height

    lJ2tmqQ.jpg
    Jose Santamaria:

He spent his 18-year career with Nacional and Real Madrid, winning 17 major titles the two teams combined, including four European Cups with Real Madrid.

Born in Uruguay, Santamaría represented both the Uruguay and Spain national teams. He had the nickname 'The Wall' for his consistent defensive displays.

    TUmEA1U.jpg
    Gary Neville:

Neville spent his entire playing career at Old Trafford, making him a one-club man. He is one of the most decorated footballers of all time, having won a total of 20 trophies, including eight Premier League titles and two Champions League titles.

    Midfielders
    rL8otK2.jpg
    Michael Laudrup:

Romário: "The best player I have ever played with and the 4th best in the history of the game."

Raúl: "The best I have ever played with."

Andrés Iniesta: "Who is the best player in history? Laudrup."

Ronald Koeman: "Michael was possibly the most skillful and elegant player I ever played with. Few could dribble like he could. He could sense when a game was ready to be seized and transformed by a moment of individual brilliance."

Luís Figo: "I think maybe Laudrup was the best player I ever played against."

    Bobby Charlton:

Bobby Charlton is regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of all time. He won the Ballon d'Or in 1966. He played almost all of his club football at Manchester United, where he became renowned for his attacking instincts and passing abilities from midfield and his ferocious long-range shot. He was also well known for his fitness and stamina.
