Agree with the trading part, tho i must say that they improved myclubs scout/transfermarket part , its not perfect yet , but way easier to get players, all kinds of different ways to help you search for the scouts you need for a particulair player vs pes 17 myclub.
What i also like is that the auction transfers of scouts has been reduced, in pes 17 you had the 1st bid round(lasts 24 hours) and then the final bid round starts, which also toke 24 hours,
They changed the final bid to 15 min now and added a automatic final bid option, incase you not there when the final round starts as it only last 15 min now
Have you noticed how in PES all players make insane HUUUUUGE curve passes? Every long ball is like that.
Do you see that in real life? No. Only in some specific cases. I wonder if PES has a curve stat and what it actually changes. Sometimes it's so weird to look at long lob passes, it's so exaggerated. But some people say PES has better ball physics, so... It must be realistic I guess

It's not such much the crossing that annoying it's the keepers and how bad they are at saving headers. I saved a clip on my ps4 before which is pathetic. A goal I scored, cross to the back post my winger headed it at goal but ball was trickling to goal. The keeper just parried it straight back to the winger to tap it in. I'll try and upload later.
It's not just online it against the AI they just get it wide and swing crosses in not variation. It's worst that Fifa 14 for overpowered heading.
It's a game breaker for me. I really like the set up of my club. Think it great and refreshing but the crossing is a game changer. I've traded in and printed labels. The game got tonight to change my mind before I post it out tomorrow
I dont know what to say so far. Tried the game on my friends account (he is a big PES fan) and from what i see the GKs are inconsitent. They will save crazy shots - sometimes even crazy headers I was sure were going in, but then they will do stuff like described above. it is a gameplay breaking thing for sure.
But the problem is fifa also has 2 gamebreaking glitches so far (and both are GK related, one even crossing related) - wont go into detail here, as i do not want to promote them, but if someone is interested it should not be hard to find what I am talking about.
Played it on PC. Just deleted it from Steam. Trying to get my money back now so I can buy more FP
The game is great, other than a few things I don't like in the gameplay. It's way slower than FIFA and that is so good. I don't regret buying it for 22.99€. iit just won't do it for me because it doesn't have Ultimate Team.
I loaded an option file yesterday and the game became pretty cool!
One thing I can't accustom is camera. Probably Blimp is for me.
I like that I have to think to defend my goal. I have scored one goal only at this moment after 5 Master League matches. It's not Legendary yet. So I have much time and work to learn how to win. Very interesting for me.

Crossing is powerful and yes a lot of the default play the AI does is out wide to cross, but I do think this represents football now, most clubs use wingers to fire balls across goal and make runs in to the central forward position. The accuracy of crossing is way to good though and it should be more tricky to get a shot off from a cross.
As for GK's, they should parry and shot that is hit very close to them with enough power but I have see a few where they spill the ball. Maybe this will be patched.
After playing PES, FIFA feels very automatic, passes are always blindly accurate and it's too fast. It looks like pinball.

Well I managed to get legendary edition for 49, so i will try it out for a few days and if i find it is not up to par I will sell it on. And i guess I should easily get my money back if i fo let go of it (it has steel case, usb stick and a few other goodies present in the package)...will see if it is worth it (cca 15 eur more than I would pay for premium edition I had preordered before and was canceled). There are a lot of diferent opinions on the net, so will test it for myself, on my ps4 and connection...but from what i saw and heard so far, i am not getting my hopes up.
Man that is crazy... from what i played GKs do tend to have issues with headers, but not as consistantly as we see here. They can make a few crazy header saves, but also let in goals like that. It does need to be adressed in a patch, as it is just to inconsistent and everyone will be playing down the wing and cross for header once again in online game (Traore superstar once again)...and it just breaks what PES is trying to be (we are back to Fifa 14 once again). It is almost like Konami (seems Ea is not alone here) learns nothing from previous itterations.

No they dont. You obviously did not try the full game. I played a couple of games today and all I can say it is promissing so far. Tempo is a lot slower then fifa, but I like it that way. The game has a few issues, but I hope they will adress them with patches. Online is fluid so far, no input lag or lag at all, even if I did way cca 1 minute to get a game. Crosses were nerfed a bit, GKs are still inconsistent, but generally i really like the gameplay so far. I am jet to get to a point that would be gamebreaking for me..not saying it will not happen.
And after Ea managed to countinoue their old ways (locked transfer market for me, even if I played cca 500 games last year) I am glad I face PES a go. From what I can tell they just dont fix (EA) or even adress the old problems (and this one was present last year and it is a bad one if you are affected). Hope i am wrong or better Ea will proove me wrong.

I also hate that matches on PES are so short, only 5 min each half. Thats not enough or a proper game and on top of that huge pauses, people spend more time on the menus than actually playing. Myclub doesn't have anything to keep you attached.

Actually this year is the first year when I’ve bought PES. Also I play with full manual control since it was implemented in FIFA. So I play PES with no assistance. I wrote “automatic” about @DSD27 video. Obviously he plays with the assistance.
I play like everyone does, still PES is less assisted than FIFA.
Pro players don't play full manual, it puts you in disadvantage. I'm tired of this manual nonsese.

I am jet to try offline. And while it is true the game has issues (response times od reciveing players tends to act up, Gk can have a day of - on crosses even more so - but crossing feels a bit toned down from last year, and switching is off at times aswell, not as bad as fifas can be though - all Valid points). Online has jet to serve me a laggy game, quess were lucky so far (and I played some bloke from Warshaw)... generaly online is better then last year (for me, so far...dont want to jinx it.

I really enjoy training up players in my club, converting players you don't need into trainers is crucial and fun!
