It's under the premise of having some lower level card icons. Asprilla was good but he was also super inconsistent, he'd probably only be a 78 card by todays standard so you might as well make him a seriously good Silver icon.
Valeron was brilliant but at the same time he was never consistently fit. 84 is being harsh but he wouldn't be above 86 as you're then putting him in Rui Costa territory or also Riquelme as I've put down as an 87.
I think it was a good idea that someone else had on this thread for lower rated icons.
