good news and bad news about FIFA 17

First the bad news: Some opponents seem to be able to make lots of fouls without any reaction of the referee, which makes the game uplayable.

The good news: EA can produce a rugby game without changing the code.

I understand that making games in Canada is cheap and easy because of national funding. But perhaps Canada ist not the correct place to do a football/soccer game. In previous FIFA the referees were to harsh and there were plenty of red cards and penalties. But just allowing all the fouls close to the goal without any penalty or freekick is ridiculous. FIFA 17 seems to be more about fouling without getting punished than everything else.
