Are they still in packs and if so, til when?

I've not gotten any in about 30 packs, whereas I got several in the first 10 yesterday. Just wondering if they stealth nerfed the drop rate or they're out now.

Yes I've packed 8 different ones this week so far opened loads of 1.5k packs though I'm trying to see if i can get the full team
