Looking at doing it, seems like there is a lot of demand for nurses. What is it like?

    Better do nurses
  • im an RMN so can only really speak about psych hospitals but its a rewarding job. not the most financially rewarding position you could get considering the schooling and hours but theres a feel good factor. its quite versatile as you can work in many different specialties so plenty of jobs

Yeah these are the main things that appeal to me about it. Not fused about money tbh, rather be content with my job

My Mrs does it and loves it. Very demanding but she finds it personally rewarding knowing she's doing good. Really a job that's not for me but if it's for you then go for it. I had a very bad car crash a few years ago and was in a bad way and in hospital for 7 weeks and I owed a lot to the nurses there. I didn't think I would walk again and was close to giving in but they got me through it. I'm still friends with a few of them now.
