It seemed a for sure thing when that mishap went down not too long ago, but still no word from EA on it...Could this be the year they stiff us out of skill upgrades?

I agree...what happened? Surely they were already programmed in (when that glitch happened a few weeks back) and we know they wont drop them during TOTS...so???
