BBC are basically the ultimate source, no question about that.

Chile forward Sanchez, 29, who almost joined Manchester City last summer, has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal worth £14m a year after tax."

£14million a year, after tax. So pre-tax thats ~ £26.26million which works out at ~£505,000 a week. The mental gymnastics from United fans in the face of basically every single report is amazing. Rarely has the sports media, from the rags to the most respectable, been in agreement about figure as much as they are here.

For all their talk of Sanchez being worth it at any price, their desperate need to drive down his weekly wage is proof they're massively insecure about the value for money they are getting.

#FakeNews. As I mentioned, loads of sources agree on the 350K figure.
Ornstein: "I was told by a couple of people that Arsenal didn't make Alexis Sanchez a contract offer. They knew what he would've wanted and knew that they couldn't come near it."
How could we be paying Ozil the same amount if there was no chance we could reach it for Sanchez? @Ahmer50x

How can Arsene say that Aubameyang has a fever and is a doubt for the weekend when he’s been in full training the past 2 days? I want to see him tomorrow

A pre-planned excuse for when he doesn't start him

Xhaka better put on a good performance now and Iwobi for that matter, wanted to see Wilshere and Lacazette in their positions

I can understand Lacazette not starting if we were playing a 433, but playing Iwobi ahead of him doesn't really make sense. Wilshere is our best midfielder and should be one of the first names on the team sheet. I can only hope that he is still carrying that "illness", and will be in the team next week.

Not surprised Lacazette isn’t starting, very surprised Iwobi somehow gets another game

Lacazette for Iwobi and it’s a scary attack we have brewing

He hasn’t been among the goals but his work rate and hold up play is exceptional and exemplary

    Hopefully it’s just a breather

Lacazette minutes played in January: 500
Iwobi minutes played in January: 498

    I don't think it's a breather :D

Lacazette hasn’t been good enough since mid December tbh

He's been good when he gets the ball, but his movement hasn't been good enough. Doesn't get involved enough, partly down to the lack of service ofc. Still been better than Iwobi, mind

Mid December is probably a bit harsh but definitley January he has been really poor, just isn’t making any runs at all

Mkhi seems to be thriving away from the shackles of Mourinho's tactics.

yes in that there is no tactics, he will perform in most home games but they will be fighting for 4th while jose fights for titles
