Actually happy Lacazette scored even though he shot it onto his left foot🤣. Ozil good today as was Ceballos. Pepe class in the second half. Still rather auba player up front, but is what it is

Only two who were slow today were Bellerin and Eddie but both are excusable.

Eddie worked really hard though but should have scored.

We have a huge squad now. Interesting to see how people will feel being left out.

    2 GKs
    3 RBs
    5 CBs
    3 LBs
    5 CMs
    1 AM
    2 RW
    2 ST
    2 LW

Suppose it's normal to have a 25 man squad, but most of ours are fit now apart from Cedric and Tierney who are back soon.

Most our numbers are at the back actually. Cedric can probably be a reserve with nobody caring much. We can let Tierney fully recover and use this season to repair his body properly. Same with Holding really.

Keane's probably worried we are right on United's tail now, a loss at Stamford Bridge and its 1 point seperating us.

Reports today that Upamecano is Bayern's #1 target for their defence, since he has been discussed in here aswell.

Yh I can stupidly see it happening.

They have Sule, Pavard, Hernandez and Alaba who have all been playing CB so dont see why.

Understandable although I think for his own sake, maybe he should change to LB. Has more influence there.

Equally when Tierney comes back, Saka can be a long term LW option. I wouldn't rush him into playing him every week though.

If, as expected, you sell Auba and Laca this summer, I think you could do worse than having a starting set of:
    Pepe---Martinelli---Saka

There's a lot of potential in that set IMO

I think we should rotate Saka and Martinelli on the LW and sign an experienced striker around 26 to 28 years old.

Wouldn't want all of the above starting just yet.

Or just keep one of Auba/Laca and sell the other.

Is that because you don't see Martinelli as a ST long term or because you don't want to play 2 inexperienced teens?

The 2nd. Long term he is a striker.
