SBC Luiz team or SIF Neymar team?

Hi guys
On the expiring date of the SBC Luiz im having a big conflict deciding. I have 1.6mio, SIF hazard and a italian defense. I have wanted a tall technical and defensive and not super slow player for a long time. Regret that I never did SBC De rossi and now I have the chance to get SBC Luiz. Got some untradeables so can do it for around 850k. Like him as a player and seems a perfect fit. But came up with this neymar team if I sell SIF hazard + some leftovers. Im a Inter fan so playing with Perisic and Candreva is also very appealing.
Which should I choose and are they balanced enough? (I change in game for max chemistry)

Yeah heard that he was immense. Do you have him yourself? Think that striker duo with double 5*wf would be awesome and a great mix of strength and flair / agility
I know it's not a lot of games, but have used almost every player except TOTY forwards and he is the best from the lot. Also a lot of assits to his name.
Need casemiro somewhere tho for chemistry.
Just played the first 4 games with SIF neymar now . Jesus you were so right. Hes freaking awesome. Even in lag. He is gonna be insane when servers are not laggy as today. And that combo with perisic is just epic. Dont have to think about which foot i shoot with.
