Reached elite won div 1 because of elo?

Just reached elite during the WL. 30 wins is my best record so far and also won div 1 first time. Only thing I changed was be more conserved in terms of defending. Don't think I'd be much better suddenly. You guys think is this because I'm in a low elo moment?
