I have to disagree. OTW mane is sluggish at chem 7 RF.

Neymar 7 chem canny get in my brazil team unless i change formation, hes half the player he is on 10 chem.

Just my opinion. Certainly wouldnt rule out playing anyone on 7chem but for me at least, it does make a difference. Wish it didnt lol

If it's a slower player and your using say hunter to boost him then its noticeable as it's a big loss

I played 15 games with Neymar on 7 chem and he was horrible now I've got him on 10 chem he's playing on another level

depends on NIF or non NIF cards. NIF cards should all play at 10 chem.
