Yeah, I would get Kante for Nzonzi personally.

Edit: not sure if he would be on full Chem, but you could always swap out Kurzawa for IF Alonso if you needed more Chem.

Yeah that looks better to me, Azpilicueta is actually very, very solid as well.
And while Kante is still very defensive minded, he joins in on attacks a lot more than Nzonzi so I think it will work a lot better for you.

SIF N'Zonzi joins in the attacks all the time. Get about 8 goals a WL for me.

Yeah and not enough pace tbh. I'm absolutely not a pace ❤️❤️❤️❤️, but these 3 guys are slow af. I'd advise you to keep only one of these 3 guys, the 2 others should be more rounded. Kanté like stated above is a good pick.
