New to Ps4 need some answers

Hi, I got a ps4 from a friend some days ago, playing his ultimate team on his ps account, because he had a fresh ps+ for a year. Now I didn't change anything until now bute I want to have my own account and start fut fresh after this wl.
So I read here that it's possible to have more than 1 FIFA account, but do I have to buy a new ps+?
Could somebody tell me if I can create a new user on my ps4 and use the ps+ I already have and then with that user I can create a new ultimate team?

Your PS should have one account listed as the 'Primary' account and then you can create one as the 'second' account. PS+ purchased on the primary also works on the secondary.

At least this was the case when I set mine up when it first came out. But somehow I can play UT on three accounts with one PS+ Subscription.

OK doesn't sound too bad and for that new user I have to use a different email than the first one I guess?

Yeah, new PSN account & origin account.

So I could use the origin account from my PC account and get my easfc? But still use the ps+ from the account already in the playstation.
