If I'm not wrong you can go into one of the single player modes (not FUT) and play a match using Juve and then check their CTs. They usually set it close to the team's real life style of play.

Yeah this seems to be what they're playing recently. Doesn't help you in UT terms though since you wouldn't really play Mandzukic at LM. The only full chem option there is Pjaca.
If I were doing a Juve team I'd probably try 5-2-1-2.

As a midfielder yes, as a winger not really at least for me. I would use him at Cam if I wouldn't have Del Piero.
Is actually good at executing long range FK or corners.
I use 5-2-1-2 with the wing backs set to get forward.

Asamoah is also worth a shout. I usually have the cam on aggressive interceptions so I sub pjanic out at around 60, move marchisio forward and put asamoah in cm.
It's a really fun team to use, especially with those wing backs and if you manage to pick up otw higuain worth the coins IMO.
