When is OTW higuian out of packs?

Just curios as I don't know whether to keep hold of him till he gets 92/and or price increase. But I want to buy lukaku tomorrow hmm

    He's not in packs. You can get him in the summer OTW SBC though.

    Hasn't been in packs since the summer otw release at the start of the season.

    sbc should finish on thursday?after that he should go up again. Especially if he scores. (I am sure he will!)
