Nothing revolutionary, you've probably thought of it already, but to get all those guys in (bar Isco) I'd probably just do something like this:

Changed my mind on the defence, use Koscielny, Lloris, Pepe, Carvajal. I reckon that's slightly better. But then I value work rates on CBs.
