Help ... We are sorry buth there has been an error connecting to FUT...

Getting the error message: We are sorry buth there has been an error connecting to FIFA Ultimate Team for 2 days now.

Tried ps3 and ps4... same problem...
Also tried web app... same problem...
The companion app works fine though ^^

Already tried to delete all data on the ps4.. no changes
The disconnected router and ps4 etc... no changes

Anybody had this before and found a solution?

    I have this too, but EA is ignoring us and has people on their chat which don't have any knowledge, please post your issues here as well, lets make it a big topic again!:

  • Done! Even though they will not do anything about it. FN company
    Now i have lost about 400k and players worth nearly a million coins.
    So this will be the first year without any TOTS players in my club since i have only 2k coins on my second club :(
    Really annoying

    Well they closed my topic and they say they aren't ignoring us..
    Just try EA chat, lets make them crazy every day until they solved it.

    Tried to lock in again a few times and it worked.
    But now there are no auctions, no TOTW and no tournaments/seasons i can play or see.
    WTF :#

    I have this too, sometimes it lets you in but there are no players on the market, sounds familiar.
  • If they are unable to find a solution... they could just swap over a fair amount of coins to our new acc.
    This would be so easy to do.
    Not the best solution but at least sth.
    Now i have to start from scratch and i can´t find the motivation :(

    I had about the same in november last year, all of a sudden they've fixed all issues but it took them a few months.
