They might not give inform upgrades this year due to the rating differences they've left between NIF and IF cards. Salah for example could get upgraded to 83 overall which is still lower than his IF so they won't need to upgrade the inform.

every IF was uprgraded +2 overall rating so when winter uprgades are done nothing changes in the IF or in the OTW. Dembele, Kante, Sane, Salah, Ericksen, Benteke and so on. Im still hoping my OTW bought for 100.000 in the first weeks continue to improves, but I think it wont happen with winter upgrades
