Impossible to finish two matches in a row FUT Champions

Guys, I have a serious problem with FUT Champions. Namely, I cannot qualify. No, not because I'm bad. I'm winning every game but then I'm getting thrown out of FUT for NO REASON.
There's no such problem in other game modes. I've never been disconnected from Online Seasons and managed to reach 2nd Div within 8 seasons. And I haven't qualified for FUT Champions once, just because of these disconnections.
There are no lags or anything, my internet connection is fine, suddenly the circle appears and it logs me out of FUT.
Tried to contact EA for some compensation at least, in a "Report a bug" section, but they only replied that they will investigate this issue in a next patch. Absolute bullsh*t.
I bought the same product as everyone else, yet I cannot use one of the main features. Seems fair.
I'd like to get some compensation at least, can you guys tell me how to contact them so that I can get some bloody packs?

Try clearing your Mac IP address on console, usually that works if you're getting lag or kicked from game

The issue is I'm not getting lag or kicked from the game, but only from the FUT Champs game, everything's fine in Seasons, for example. I'll try that though, thanks.

Try & win division 2 you will qualify that way you seem proficient at the game

Don't touch a damn thing when your opponent dc's until it's all done loading and you're back in the end of game menus.

Yeah I know that. But it seems I'm the one who gets disconnected. It says I lost connection to FUT, but I have a stable connection to the EA servers and can log straight back into it.

Yeah, but it seems I have an issue with this mode. So even if I qualify, I will still get disconnected a lot in the Weekend League.

I've just tested clearing Mac IP address - I won 1/8 and quarter-final. 5th minute of the semi-final - "You've lost connection to FUT".
How should I contact EA if I want a compensation? Cause that "Report a bug" section didn't seem to work.

Don't understand mate. I know that being in div 1 guarantees WL. I've never been in a WL so far this year.

Been having this same issue, got kicked from 4 matches over the weekend and I got disconnected from the game, but not even from the EA servers. Three of them came within the first 5 minutes of a game too and one occurred when I was up 2-1 in the 80th minute.

At least you managed to qualify... And I heard a lot of people had issues over this weekend. I have this kind of issues all year long, don't know what to do about it.
