nope, not as cheap as when the WL rewards are dropped.. and it varies from 9pm wednesday to ~ 2am thursday
Personally I'd wait until around 4 or 5 pm tomorrow. It's the last day of TOTGS and you can bet that EA are gonna try sell the hell out of packs. I think we will see 100k packs.
